Tommanny Tan
Entrepreneurship runs through the veins of FERN and I-FERN President and CEO Tommanny Tan. For many years Tan's family has been involved in trading and importing goods. He practically grew up in a household where kids are told to study harder to be successful in the field of business.
Driven by his Philosophy and the company vision of "Prosperity Through Entrepreneurship Tommanny Tan wants Filipinos to have a paradigm shift where the mindset is to run a business instead of dreaming of becoming employees.
In 2005- two years after co-founding the company, he took management control of FERN as the CEO. His wisdom and leadership drove the company with its flagship product FERN C to breach more than 1 Billion Pesos in sales by 2007. By the company's sixth year FERN was able to build a strong network of 1 million members.
Today, i-fern - FERN's International Network Marketing wing in on the rise and continues to launch world class quality products while growing as a major player in network marketing. Its members are entitled to various incentives such as Travel, Training and Luxury shopping. I-fern has created millionaires who have achieved their status by devoting their efforts in the i-fern business, driven by the desire to help others succeed - following Sir Tommanny Tan's inspirtation.
Because of his exemptional leadership and his contribution in promoting entrepreneurship in the Philippines Tommanny Tan has received the PLDT- MVP Bossing Award and Ernst and Young Emerging Entrepreneur Award recepient. Tommanny Tan is also one of the Mentors (also known as Kapatid) in Go Negosyo and Department of Trade and Industry's Kapatid Mentor ME (micro entrepreneur) Program whis is aligned with President Rodrigo Rua Duterte's thrust towards inclusive growth - where large businessmen support smaller companies. Thus empowering every entrepreneur to level up regardless of the size and industry.
